01BuyersJury is an entertainment and self-reflection community. Purchase applications, votes and verdicts are opinions of anonymous internet strangers — they are not financial advice, and BuyersJury never connects to your bank or payment accounts.

02All amounts are self-reported. We do not verify, hold or move money. "Saved" totals are honorary bookkeeping, not guaranteed savings.

03You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account (16+ in the EU/EEA/UK). Guest voting does not require an account.

04Votes are permanent once cast. Applications run for a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period and cannot be ended early. Ties are resolved in favor of not buying.

05Be civil. Harassment, sexual content, spam, doxxing and illegal content are prohibited and may be removed; accounts may be suspended or permanently banned.

06You keep ownership of what you write. You grant BuyersJury a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display it inside the product and on shareable verdict cards.

07The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyersJury is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any purchase you make (or don't make).

08These terms may change; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
